This was a gift for my 8 year old grandson who had just received an Ipod and his Mom wanted to be sure he did not damage his hearing. They work great.

be careful on what u buy, this product is not too bad. Really the price isn't too bad either. The sound is great, has sound deduction, safe for childern, looks clean provides a case and extra size ear pieces. These headphones lasted me about 9+months and sound quality is clean, worths what you buy, and comes in multiple colors.
cons, breaks if you drop it and my mistake was that, it doesnt tell you which is ear piece is for left or right, yess it's a bit tough to clean, and you might want other headphones.
remember, you get what you paid for and i'm satisfied of this product.

Ultimate Ears Loud Enough Volume Limiting Earphones for Children (Plum) performs exactly as it claims. Sure, your children may complain it doesnt get to a loud listening level but then that just means that they're doing their job of preserving your child's hearing. These earphones have an excellent frequency response of 20-20k Hz.
One minor drawback would be from taking a little time to try on each of the 4 sets of silicon adapters to ensure proper seal. Without this proper seal there would be hardly any bass.
Currently Logitech has a save 20% when you purchase 2 or more Logitech products together from Amazon.com. What I would like to know is the location of the UPC codes that are required for this rebate. I found small stickers with a bar type code on the inner cardboard of packaging, Could this be it? Anyone from Amazon/Logitech please advise in the comments below. Summary : Great for kids!
Love these! My kids were always turning their iPods up too loud and the earbuds from apple didn't fit their ears well.
These fit snugly in little ears and now I don't have to worry about them damaging their hearing.
They really didn't notice that they couldn't turn them up as loud.
Got them in pink for my daughter!

I love these ear buds! I've spent almost $100 on ear buds in the past, only to find they're too large to fit my ears comfortably. These fit perfectly. Not only that, they are fashionable enough to make me fit in with the students I teach!
