Product DescriptionThe Logitech Battlefield 2 headset is ideal for voice-over-IP applications and features rich stereo sound for gaming, music, and chat. These headphones are configured in a sleek behind-the-head style with replaceable, ultra soft foam earpads for hours of continuous use. The 30mm drivers provide rich stereo sound for voice, music, and games, and the unit's miniaturized microphone features micro NCAT-2 noise canceling and amplification technology to filter out unwanted background noise. This microphone is also fitted with a replaceable, soft foam cover to protect the microphone and to suppress breath sounds that can interfere with voice recognition and chat. This product is the pre-order bonus free Logitech headset only and does not contain the game. This bonus product must be added to your Shopping Cart in addition to the game. See how. Gain the edge you need in online gaming with Logitech headsets. They stay comfortable even after hours of intense action and produce high quality audio, while blocking unwanted background noise in the microphone. Precisely adjust the microphone for optimal positioning so that it stays put even in the heat of battle.
Most Recent Customer ReviewsDate : 2006-02-09 Summary : How stupid can you be. I wish I could review the game, but since you only sent the headset, I would not know how. I have sent e-mail after e-mail trying to get the game sent, and never receive any reply. While I do like the headset, it's not worth $44.00. Hopefully someday common sense will return to the world and you will send me the bloody game (which I paid for.)
Date : 2005-07-05 Summary : Retards. All of you. Ok, maybe the description was changed after all of you complained about this, but it now says "Battlefield 2 Logitech Headset [See instructions below to get this item free with game]".
Even if it wasn't changed though, you people ALL should have realized you were ordering the wrong thing after the first person posted their review. Way to not read it. As far as I'm concerned, its your own fault for not reading everything. Mabye Amazon made a mistake, but you did too, so don't complain about it.
Date : 2005-07-03 Summary : Another screwed by Amazon Way to go Amazon numbskulls. GIVE ME A REFUND NOW!!! Keep the game. I'll get it someplace else.
Date : 2005-06-30 Summary : WARNING: BF2 HEADSET, NOT GAME I bought it at the local shop knowing that it was a headset. It logically wasn't the game (cause u can't buy it for $10) and I broke my old headset so I thought Cool! headset with BF2 Logo on it!, bought one, very good quality, mic is clear and seems like noise canceling since background noise isn't there despite air conditioner running two meters away. Sound is all good. my gripe with it is that there's no volume control. very comfortable though and who doesn't love battlefield 2?
Date : 2005-06-30 Summary : One More Screwed by Amazon Seems I'm one more sucker that was screwed by Amazon
